We ask for an additional £150 as a security deposit, payable at the time of booking. Your booking is not secured until the deposit has been received, and the deposit is non-refundable should you later cancel your reservation within the 8 weeks before your visit. It also doubles as a damage deposit and will be refunded after your stay, provided the accommodation and equipment are in a clean and undamaged condition on departure. Payment in full is due no later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival, or at point of booking if your arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. If the full payment is not received 8 weeks prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and treat the house as being available for letting to someone else.  Payments can be made by bank transfer or Paypal ( to rowanpark9@yahoo.com)
